Information and Rules (for both members and sponsors)

For members
Our (approved) sponsors and partners can post their promotions and such in this forum. Only sponsors and/or partners which are a member on our platform can post in this forum. So you will not see posts here from other (random) companies here for example. Do however keep in mind that when you for example click on a link in a post from a sponsor, that it could be possible that they can see that you have clicked on a link in our form (they won’t be able to see which use has clicked on the link, but they can for example see that you have clicked on the link on our forum if they have used a referral link!)

We (XNL Future Technologies) are in no way responsible for the content posted by our sponsors and/or partners, and neither does a post by a sponsor or partner in this section mean that we also endorse that particular post/announcement/promotion.

Do also keep in mind that we do not screen the posts from sponsors and/or partners before they post them. We will however get notified when they have made a post, and will do our best to moderate them if necessary.

For sponsors (rules for posting your promotions/advertisements etc):
Obviously the default forum rules apply to ALL posts. However there are some additional rules when posting advertisements/promotions etc in this section:

• Do not post misleading promotions (for example with hidden fees)!
• Do not use the posts to track users (and thus compromise the privacy of our users)
• Do not post promotions for illegal or for example counterfeit products
• Do not post promotions which for example ‘talk smack’ about your competitors etc
• Use common sense and decency when posting promotions and such
• If you have posted a time-limited promotion, then make sure that you Include the end-date of the promotion in the initial post.
• You are NOT allowed to include (embed) animated videos, sounds or other obnoxious elements into your promotion/post (animated GIFs for example are allowed however).
• Included images/animated GIFs etc, will need to be hosted on your own (or a third party) website/platform, because our forum does not allow uploading of images (not for sponsors either).
• If you post promotions, we request you that you do remain subscribed to your own post for as long as the promotion runs, so that our members can ask you (the sponsor/partner) questions about the promotion if needed. This is not mandatory, but will obviously be highly appreciated by us and our members, and will of course also reflect well on your company/product/service 😊.
