Refund and Returns Policy
Basically we do not offer any refund(s) or returns in any way. This basically due to the fact that we basically don’t sell any tangible goods. We provide content, files, project, tips, how-to’s and tutorials and more of the alike. However these all come with their own license and/or terms and conditions. Make sure to check out our General Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and the individual licenses and/or disclaimers for the projects, files, content or products you’re using.
Obviously if there are other products or services provided to you by us (either by sale or contractual agreement), the terms agreed upon such a sale and/or purchase will be ‘the active agreement’.
Merchandise shop returns and refunds

Patreon, Paypal or Donation Refunds
In general we do not offer any refunds on patreon memberships, Paypal donations or any other form of donation you’ve made.
If we would take patreon for example: Certain Patreon memberships can unlock access to either ‘early access content’ or to ‘patreon only content’, when you’ve already made your donation/plegde and ‘got your access’ to the content, download(s), files or video’s for example, we can’t “undo” that either, and for us there is no way to check if you have unlocked or used any of the ‘unlocked content’ already.
So to prevent that people are taking the following approach: Make a pledge -> get the ‘membership stuff’ -> Cancel Pledge and request refund -> “Voila”, “Free” stuff
Such situations would just not be fair to our actual supporters, but neither would it be fair for us and all the work we put into it.
If you feel for example like: “Yeah but you guys are currently not posting enough, and I don’t ‘agree’ on supporting the Tier 2 pledge if you don’t post at least once or twice a week!”. Then we would have to say: Sorry if you feel that way, and “to bad”. Some projects, products, content etc just takes more time than others. We have always been honest by saying that we will not promise any ‘regular schedules’ at all, but that we will try to make as much content as possible. However to ensure that the content, the projects and products etc is of quality instead of quantity, it will just take some more time sometimes.
The different donation/pledge tiers are completely voluntarily and if you feel like you need to ‘downgrade’ or even ‘disband’ completely, that is of course completely up to you. We would respect your decision if you did, but we then still prefer to ‘lose one patron/supporter’ while taking our time for quality content/publications/projects for our other supporters instead of just ‘dumping cr*ap online’ to keep one extra patron/supporter 🙂 . And we also hope that you would respect our decision in this matter 🙂 . And of course if you at some point feel like our ‘posting schedule’ is to your liking again, you are always welcome to ‘re-join’ our platform 🙂
So yet again, just to confirm: We do not offer any refunds on pledges, donations or anything like that.
Refunds and Warranty on Giveaway products, items and such
No warranty can be claimed on giveaway prizes at XNL Future Technologies, the sponsor(s) or the manufacturer(s). Unless clearly otherwise stated and offered by either the sponsor(s) or the manufacturers directly. In such situations the warranty and/or any possible refunds will always go via the sponsor(s) or manufacturers directly. For any other warranties and such we would like to refer you to our General Disclaimer, our Terms and Conditions and the licenses and terms which belong to said product, project, files or publication (if applicable).
