Additional/Simplified License

These model can be used for own personal use. However, any form of re-distribution, commercial use etc is NOT allowed. Same goes for ‘remixing’ and/or using portions of the project/model(s) (which is not allowed either if you’re planning to (re)release it).

This is NOT to be a prick so to speak, despite the fact that this model is modeled by me, it is (obviously) STRONGLY based on the vault boy and vault girl models from the Fallout Series. Obviously the suit and dress itself are own work, the body shape(s), head,s hair, stances etc are VERY close resemblances to the ‘real’ models.

Obviously there is no copyright infringement intended here AT ALL, neither is this model (as stated above) intended for ANY commercial gain, and neither is it allowed to use it for commercial purposes in ANY way.

So NO, you are not allowed to make and sell them (including but not limited to: your own website, via socials, ebay, etsy, in person etc). It is not allowed to re-distribute (re-upload) this model anywhere else, it is not allowed to edit (“re-mix”) it and then re-publish it either etc.

Please just respect these license limitations, respect my work, and the original fallout branding.

NOTE: If for some (unfortunate) reason I have to take this model offline in the future, then please DO NOT re-upload it for ‘archive purposes’ either.

Commercial Use Not Allowed

Commercial use of this project, product, the files, portions of it or the provided download(s) is not allowed.
This basically means that you can't use anything from this project, product, download(s) etc for commercial use.

Please note that 'Commercial Use Not allowed' does not only mean that you can't (re-)sell it, It basically means that you can't use this project, product, the files, portions of it or the provided download(s) for any commercial use and/or any financial gain.
Some other examples of commercial use which are not allowed are:

• Using (parts of) the project, product, the files, code etc in or for your own work(s) which you intend to sell.
• Using (parts of) the project, product, the files, code etc in your business so that you generate income by 'just using' the 'product' but not selling it or portions of it.
  A simple example of this would be: You downloaded a "calculator app" from our website which has the 'No Commercial Use Clause', but you are using that 'calculator app' to actually calculate prices and tax rates for your store. This would then basically turn this 'calculator app' into a "business tool" for your business, even though you are not selling the 'calculator app', you are still using it for commercial purposes which isn't allowed with this license limitation.

Because we think that the "Standard No Commercial Use Allowed Clause" can be a bit vague or even a pitfall in some cases, we've decided to exclude certain situations from our 'Commercial Use Not Allowed Clause',  hoping that it will be a bit easier for people to understand what they can and can't do with the projects, products, files, models etc which are tied to our "Commercial Use Not Allowed Clause"

Excluded from this "Commercial Use Not Allowed" clause are:

• Using, showing, demonstrating, educating with etc this project, product, the files, portions of it or the provided download(s) in vlogs or in/on blogs (which in most cases could actually be considered commercial use).
• If this project/product is for example a 'software package/suite', you are allowed to install it for customers (upon their request) and charge your own 'installation fee' for this (because you are charging for your time/service). You are however not allowed to offer a special installation service for this project/product specifically on your website or to your customers, neither are you allowed to actually charge your customers for this project, product, the files, portions of it or the provided download(s).
• If this project/product is for example a '3D Statue/model' and someone asks you to print it for them, you are allowed to print it and charge your customer for the material(s), power consumption and your time. You are however not allowed to specifically charge your customer for this particular model or offer this model as 'printable product' (either on it's own or as a 'model package').
• In case of a Printable 3D Statue/Model you are also allowed to charge customers for your time, paint and 'artistic work' if you are requested to paint it for one of your customers. Keyword here is: Requested. You are for example not allowed to offer this model/statue in your store as 'order this model painted as you like'.

 

No Redistribution Allowed

It is not allowed to redistribute this project, product or the files included in the download(s) in any way (either altered or unaltered). This means that you are not allowed to share or (re-)upload any of the files which you can download from this project, product, tutorial etc.

If other portions of this license state that you can use/redistribute certain parts of this download (for example: snippets, examples from a source code, or specific files etc), then those specific 'items' are exempt from the 'No Redistribution Allowed' rule.

We do also consider it within 'personal use' if you for example would download a 3D model made by one of us which has the No Derivatives Clause in it's license, and you would then make a derivatives works of it as a personal gift for someone like for example your mother, friend etc. However do keep in mind when doing so, that you or your friend could be held responsible if the personal friend you gifted this item to, decides to use it for commercial purposes (which would obviously still not be allowed, because 'gifting something with a license on it, doesn't invalidate the license!).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our No Derivatives Licenses clause does not automatically gives you permission to redistribute the 'unaltered works', to know if you are allowed to redistribute the unaltered project, product, files, work(s), download(s) etc tied to this license (clause), you should consult/read the rest of the license for this project, product, file(s) or download(s).
